Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a very clean, comfortable king bed but the rooms were old-fashioned, with poor quality and small size. Unfortunately, the view from my room facing the wall was a letdown. The service was accommodating and helpful, but a few issues like long waits and lack of hospitality detracted from the experience. The location was convenient and beautiful, right in the center of downtown. The dining experience was fantastic with fairly priced and yummy options. The facilities were well-maintained despite some faults.
The hotel had clean and comfy rooms but was full of tiny bugs that required us to move. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic with balcony views, although the area was busy and waterlogged. The dining experience was disappointing and pricey. Overall, amenities were fab, but the location had some challenges.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with very comfortable rooms and a great downtown location on the water. The renovated rooms were of adequate size, but unfortunately, mine was facing a wall, so I couldn't enjoy the view as much as I had hoped.
The hotel's location is incredible, right on the waterfront with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms, however, felt small for a family of four and had a noticeable musty smell. The service was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The dining experience was not satisfactory, as the breakfast was a-la-carte and not a good value.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The room, though clean and cozy, wasn't ready promptly and had a view of an air conditioner unit. On the bright side, it provided a comfortable and clean environment for relaxation.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the water. The staff was friendly and responsive, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to downtown and with easy access to attractions like Wolfe Island and historic Fort Henry. The dining experience was a letdown, but the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was truly relaxing. The rooms offered a peaceful waterfront view, and the surroundings were incredibly quiet. However, the hotel could benefit from some updating. The location was perfect, close to downtown attractions yet still quiet. Although the restaurant noise on Friday nights was a bit bothersome, the lakeside setting was enchanting.
The hotel room was comfortable and provided all necessary amenities but had peeling paint, bunched carpet, and a bathroom door handle falling off. Unfortunately, it was located right beside a very noisy hockey team, which was disruptive.
